Hello,

I’m a therapist based out of New York City. Having practiced for over 15 years, I try to help my clients achieve their health and personal goals through life coaching and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy.

Therapy is a very personal process and not everyone is ready for it. It takes motivation, courage, and patience to be able to deal with our emotions and the effects of life-altering events. My approach is present and solution focused, and I look at all issues through a psychodynamic lens.

I have been working with both adults, children and adolescents utilizing Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Therapy. To me, therapy is a structured partnership in which I am here to listen to your needs and help you achieve the goals that you have for yourself.
